Ingredients:
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Grapefruit juice
1 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Coarse grain sea salt
1/2 tsp Garlic salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Fresh-ground black pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
Directions:
Combine dry mustard and water, mixing well.
Add to remaining ingredients in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring well to combine. Bring to a simmer (do not boil).
Remove from heat.
Brush mixture over grilled fish or shellfish.
Yield: About 1/2 cup
