1-½ Cups Mixon’s fresh orange juice
1 Cup sugar
1 to 2 Tbsp finely-chopped crystallized ginger
1 12-oz Bag fresh cranberries
In a 2 quart saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Makes 3 cups.
