Strawberry Grapefruit Pie
Ingredients:
1 3 oz package Strawberry Jell-O
3 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Cup sugar
1 1/2 Cups water
2 Mixon Pink Grapefruit
1 Pie Crust - Baked
Cool Whip
Directions:
Cook Jell-O, cornstarch, sugar, and water until thickened. Place pieces of grapefruit on bottom of pie crust. Pour prepared mixture over grapefruit; cool. Add Cool Whip just before serving.
