Orange Pecan Tuna Salad
1 (12oz.) can water packed tuna, drained and flaked
1 tbsp. fat free sour cream
1/2 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp. fresh orange juice
1/4 cup chopped pecans
garlic to taste
onion powder to taste
ground black pepper to taste
Mix together the tuna, sour cream, mustard, relish, orange juice,
pecans, garlic salt, onion powder and black pepper.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
