Ingredients:

2 heads of Bibb lettuce, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup strawberries, stems removed and sliced
1/2 cup Orange dressing
Freshly ground black pepper

Orange Dressing:
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light olive oil
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

Toss together lettuce and strawberries in a large salad bowl. Drizzle with Orange Dressing.
Sprinkle with pepper to taste.

Orange Dressing: Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Shake until thoroughly blended.

Yield: about 1 1/4 cups

Serves: 4 to 6
