Pricing & Shipping Information:
Prices include prepaid shipping and handling to most of U.S.A.
- All prices effective, July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 - Subject to change without notice.
- We require at least 48 hours to process any order we receive.
- Orders are never shipped the same day the order is placed or processed due to the nature of our products.
- Credit card charges are processed when the order is received.
- Orders placed and then cancelled will be charged a $15.00 transaction fee.
- We must have a physical address and phone number – NO PO Boxes or rural routes
- JUICE SHIPPING to the following states MUST SHIP VIA FED EX 2ND DAY: Alaska, Washington, Oregon, California, Idaho, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska and New York.
- Additional shipping charges to Alaska - shipped via FedEx 2nd Day and Next Day only.
- NO shipping to Hawaii or military APO's or FPO's.
To Arizona, California and Texas add: $1.50 per Citrus Package. Due to Agricultural regulations and requirements, all Citrus must be fumigated before leaving Florida and arriving through agricultural inspection in AZ, CA or TX. Ship dates to these sates are 12/3, 12/10, 12/17, 1/7, 1/14, 1/21, 2/4, 2/18, 3/3, 3/17, 4/7
To Canada: add $25 (U.S. Funds). Ships daily with domestic shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: EVEN WHEN SHIPPING EXPEDITED ORDERS, we require at least 24 hours to process any order.
Shipping Methods:
All shipping will be processed with UPS Ground (Business or Residential) unless otherwise selected. Orders must have a complete PHYSICAL address and phone number – NO PO BOX. To ensure prompt delivery, be certain all your information is correct. UPS charges additional for address change or redirect request once the package is shipped and can not guarantee timely delivery.
Citrus products are perishable and picked fresh each day and require a few days to pick and process once we receive an order. Most shipments will ship Mon-Wed to assure delivery within the same week, so shipments might be held to following week to avoid weekend delays.
Orders placed and then cancelled will be charged a $15.00 transaction fee.
We reserve the right to use any shipping method necessary for fastest possible service.
For Expedited service: UPS SECOND DAY & NEXT DAY service will ship the next week day after order is processed if product is available but will NOT ship to be in transit over a weekend. SATURDAY- SUNDAY as delivery is not available for Expedited shipments. Exact arrival date cannot be guaranteed.
Pricing for expedited services will be shown on ordering web page as an option based on weight, zone and service level.

Fruit Packing:
Boxes of fruit are now sold by the tray (1-4). Most packages use a foam liner in each tray holding 5, 9 or 12 pieces of fruit to keep the fruit protected from damage in transit due to handling and/or extreme weather.
Substitutions:
We will strive to pack exactly what is listed and pictured in each of our gift packages. Occasionally, due to high demand, we do not have the exact product listed. To ensure a timely ship date, we will substitute a similar equal value item which will meet our quality standards and your time schedule.
Quantity Gift Discounts:
Orders that total as follows will receive the discount percentage listed. Payment must be taken at time of order. Large orders of 12 or more shipments can be submitted via an Excel or .csv file. Call to be emailed these templates.
$600.00 to $1199.00 receive a 3% discount.
$1200.00 to $2999.00 receive a 5% discount.
$3,000.00 to $4999.00 receive an 8% discount.
$5,000 or more receive a 10% discount.
